Great experience (7 seater with baby)

We got to Phuket 7:40pm and the counter was closed. Had to call to meet the agent who was at the carpark. Fast and quick getting the car. BUT be very careful to inspect the vehicle for damages and point out every dents as on return they will try find something wrong to charge you. I had taken a video and luckily the previous client left their Invoice in the car and managed to prove the damage was already there before us. Vehicle well cleaned and in good condition.

The were great. I was late for my flight and they allowed me to drop off the keys at the desk without their normal inspection.

Like: Free gifts ( bear and water bottles ), air conds is perfect.
Dislike: The GPS is blocking the view, tinted too dark and hard to see during night time

Like: Had a small mishap with the driver's side of the side mirror. Had a replacement vehicle for a top up of a small additional sum. The staffs ( 思思 and 田甜) were extra friendly.
