Got a new electric Renault Megane. Excluding range is a very nice car

Everything was perfect.

Price drop protector did not work in my case. Rest all was good.

Car was knocked about with 32k kilometers but did the job.

The promised car Mercedes MB class was not available and we were offered Audi Q2 at an additional cost. Since, both fall under intermediate category to the best of my understanding, I would like to know the rationale for additional charge. Otherwise the booking and pickup process was fine. The drop-off was smoother as at the time of pickup, the person was not readily available.

The portal was user friendly and showed options that were not available at other sites. I am happy with the services and would like to book again. One thing that can be done better is the inclusion of filter of vehicle transmission and refinement of existing filters.

I could not fault the staff of Europcar or the vehicle they supplied as it was an upgrade on the vehicle that had been booked at no additional cost. The car had only 3000km on the clock and was presented the TV in immaculate condition.

Like: The staff where I pick up the vehicle are so great and friendly, perfect experience
Dislike: The full insurance should be an option when I reserve the car, cuz I thought I bought full insurance already, but when I get to the point turns out there’s another insurance to buy.
