검토해 주셔서 감사합니다. 차량을 반납하기 전에 항상 탱크를 직접 채우십시오. 그러면 실제로 사용한 휘발유의 양에 대해서만 비용을 지불하게 됩니다. 차를 반납할 공항 근처의 주유소는 피하세요. 가격이 가장 비싼 경향이 있습니다. 대신 몇 마일 떨어진 곳에서 채우십시오. 일반적으로 보증금은 픽업 시 렌터카 회사에서 보증으로 보관합니다. 차량 반납 후 1~2개월 이내에 차량 파손/도난 또는 미결제 금액이 없을 경우 전액 해지 또는 환불해 드립니다. 귀하의 피드백에 감사드리며 다음에 또 뵙기를 기대합니다.

“Nice company but they are too lazy at the check in”

I had to wait almost one hour to get the car. There were two people serving the customers. At one point there was only one person at the counter. When I arrived I was second in line to be served and it took forever. Not a pleasant experience after a long trip! i must say that the return process was a breeze! fast and efficient!

The car had never been clean, the staff was rude and just wanted extra money for everything, as it stands I will be letting every person I know to never use this company.
