Tried to charge me for previous damage

Surprisingly there was a long queue and the staff were doing their best but also were helping each other with issues so waiting times exceeded expectations. I assume though it was a one off thing. The car was parked horribly. There was no space to open the door not to mention the distance to the next parked car was maybe 20cm. I had to get in the car from the back seat and crawl to the driver seat ! I hope this won't happen again. I will yet try Europcar again.

Nous avons attendu presque 2 heures pour récupérer notre véhicule, avec 2 enfants et étant prétendument en file "prioritaire". Aucune vérification du véhicule effectuée par EuropCar lors de sa récupération. On nous a proposé une upgrade vers un véhicule "offre spéciale super interessante": plus de 2 fois plus cher pour avoir un véhicule de catégorie supérieure: scandaleux !

Service du personnel ne nous a pas prévenus de dommages sur la voiture. il ne nous a pas expliqué comment conduire la voiture (c'était une voiture hybride). La voiture n'était pas au bon endroit qu'on nous avait dit et il n'y avait personne à qui demander. Nous avons perdu trop de temps et nous avons été stressés. Je pense que quelqu'un aurait dû nous accompagner pour voir si tout allait bien pour la voiture.

Déçu par la voiture réceptionné Attente terrible a la réception du véhicule environ 2 heures. Restitution très facile et rapide Personnel très agréable et professionnel.
