This is an scam!! The worst experience we had.

It is a scam! They tell you $11 a day for car. If you want their car you must purchase their insurance, and toll pass from them. By the time you are done, you are paying over $180 a day for a Ford Fiesta. The guys at the counter was very nice! We refused to rent a car from them, so they took us back to the airport.

Car was not clean, was loud as if a muffler or tire issue. Address on confirmation email was not exact and office was difficult to find.

Price was good.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.

We are canadian and this was our first time with RIGHT CARS. With other car rentals, we don't pay extra for the insurance and we show proof of our canadian insurance. The person in charge would not let us pick-up the car because we were not insured with an american company. After a long discussion and being asked to make an authorization for 2000 $ on our credit card, I phoned EasyRentCars and registered a complaint. I called a friend to pick us up since we were stuck with no car. In a last attempt, the lady asked to see our voucher and finally said that the 2000$ was guaranteed by EasyRentCars in our voucher and finally let us go with the car.

The lady at the reception desk could use some customer service training. Her attitude was poor; she should be made aware that when there is competition, she should be more accommodating to customers.
