They gave us a standard tesla but after a week of driving wound up not keeping the charge. We were driving quite alot from Palm Springs to Phoenix to New Mexico - Tucson and finally had to go back to PHX to exchange the car because it was too stressful having to stop literally every hour to charge the car! The budget team was absolutely excellent in providing great service. They exchanged the vehicle with a long range version which actually worked properly. Honestly tough if youre planning a long trip I would recommend a gas vehicle because its just not worth all the time you will be spending to charge the vehicle - for minimal $ savings. Its a headache

I was apprehensive about using them and was concerned I would be turned away but everything worked fantastic and got such a great deal that I will be booking another vehicle just as soon as I finish this review!

It was a great car. Steady and comfortable. There were lots of scratches here and there. Also the car wasn't totally cleaned when picked up, which I'm ok as there was a notice informing of water shortage in Santa Fe. The only downsides, which are actually quite grave are... 1. The front tires are totally worn out. I always have to continually remind myself of the safety risk it poses to my wife and daughter as passengers. I wouldn't drive a car with such tires back in Malaysia. 2. Not only the front tires were worn out, all the tires weren't properly inflated. Half way on the way to bandelier at some obscure roads, the tire warning lighted up. I had a hard time looking for gas stations that provide air pump as most were out of order. Budget should place safety as the highest priority. We are talking about human lives here.

Great company with great customer services and straightforward business. They provided me with what I needed in no time and the fulfilled my reservation with Easyrentcars without any problem.

The counter staff made me choose option with the gas charges of $66.45, when I specifically told him i will return gas full. The lady in Lexington told me about this charges and to call costumer service in Chicago. I did and the person was very unfriendly, seemed very busy and lie i was bohor him asking for me refund. He told me to send him receipt of my gas purchases, even though in the system was put that i return the vehicle with gas full. I didn't have time and patience to deal with him. I call costumer service in Lexington and they told me right away I will get refund within 1-3 days. I requested mini van I received Nissan Pathfinder. the car was spacious, smooth and easy to drive until night time. In the dark lights were so little i couldn't see the rode at all. I was scared to drive and very tired my eyes because of the lights. I will never again choose that car.
