La voiture que j'ai eu en premier, très jolie voiture,une Genesis 80, as due être retournée au comptoir car elle devait subir une maintenance. La deuxième voiture,en échange, Mazda 5,sortait de révision mais indiquait quand même une batterie de clef de contact faible. J'ai changé la pile,ayant peur de rester coincé . La deuxième voiture était moins propre que la premiere. Pensez a donner une voiture révisée pour les locations longues. Enfin,un détail qui est important,la première voiture avait un gps et pas la deuxième,ce qui est un problème.

Wait time was nearly 2 hours to pick up the car but lady a counter was very helpful when we finally got there. Car that we booked was not available but we were upgraded.

No problems arrived at desk no queue dealt with straight away no attempt to upsell insurances as we had QEEQ / AXA insurance. They did not have a 12 seater which we had booked but straight away gave us a 15 seater. Good service

Excellent Third time using QEEQ and no issues with 3 different hire companies. Did not avail of price drop but did change vehicle size and supplier two weeks out and all refunds and changes handled smoothly. Might be nice day befire travel to get confirmation of booked vehicle availability
