ポイントの付与が不明確。また保険の要否が分かりにくい。ダイヤモンド会員のメリットが分かりにくい

Surprisingly there was a long queue and the staff were doing their best but also were helping each other with issues so waiting times exceeded expectations. I assume though it was a one off thing. The car was parked horribly. There was no space to open the door not to mention the distance to the next parked car was maybe 20cm. I had to get in the car from the back seat and crawl to the driver seat ! I hope this won't happen again. I will yet try Europcar again.

L'accueil , froid , pas aimable .

Euro par wouldn’t accept my insurance covered by our credit card - I have never had this issue before. Therefore cost well exceeded expected cost.

Like: car comfortable easy to drive, staff friendly and helpful
Dislike: aircon may need a re-gas as not very powerful
