Fue muy fácil la reservación, el protector de precios me ayudó a tener el mejor precio por el auto, siempre estuve informado del estatus de mi reservación y no tuve ningún contratiempo, me encanto

Overall a great experience with both easyrentcars and enterprise except one small hitch that I was given a compact SuV instead of a standard one. But according to enterprise classification they were both the same category cars and it worked for me so didn't worry about it. Overall enterprise staff was extremely helpful and courteous

Very satisfying experience

staff were not trained to recognise a UK drivers licence and so refused to give us the car. I even phoned the Enterprise customer service desk who were useless. We had to wait for over an hour till they found a book that showed them what a UK driving license looked like. This was a terrible experience

Dislike: Seemed like a high price to drop off in another location.

Like: Car was awesome way better than expected
