Many many many add-on surprise prices added to our costs. Unnecessary toll transponder for insane price and would not decline insurance without proof. The extra fees were very very insane. Will never rent there again. I don’t blame service staff and car was fine. This was obviously scripted from management. Awful. Awful. Awful.

“Car was dented, scratched and old. a 2017 but with 47000 hard miles. Windows had never seen cleaned.”

Windows need to be cleaned. I could not see out of them in the sun. Had to buy cleaner and cloths to clean them. 3 maintenance warnings kept coming up on the dash. Too old to rent out.

Price drop never came up. The rest was good.

Not customer focused at all. f) Since it took so long to check in my plans had to be cancelled. G) worst car rental experience I have ever had. H0 Person at the counter had no proof of car insurance. Wanted large non refundable payment. Won't be
