Excellent experience with Europcar in Lagos

Nothing to say. It’s normal at the time we arrive they are lower on staff. Perfectly understandable.

The name says everything. Easy

Two and a half hours at check in, every panel and wheel was scratched or even dented the windscreen had stone chips plus a crack and the wiper blades terribly worn to the point where it was dangerous....seats and mats stained and the car was dirty. This was supposed to be a premium convertible but the reality was the car was tired and the few staff that were there were overworked!

We waited 1.5 hours to collect our car in Lisbon. The Europcar pick-up office was extremely busy and there was not enough staff. We arrived well ahead of our scheduled pick-up time and it still took an unacceptable amount of time to finally receive the car. Having said this, the staff were trying their best in the circumstances and were friendly and helpful as much as possible.

The hotess put a New assurance on my contrat and she don't explain me. I discover that on my final facture most expensive than initial reservation
