Dislike: There were a few things that I did not know when I rented the vehicle that I would need to show proof of, so making the customer aware of that would be appropriate

“Never using you again Back to Turo”
About Routes: 2.0 /10
Three people including myself were all told the car they rented wasn't available and were given larger gas guzzlers or told after waiting an hour that they could return to the airport and find another service. It is not a shuttle away from the airport, but multiple shuttles away which is deceiving and complete BS.

Dislike: The company only offered Jeep Sahara vehicle which have poor sight lines, no backup cameras and are unwieldy in a city like Chicago
