Yesaway were amazing. The car was spotlessly clean (25k on the mileage). The staff at the handovers were very helpful, kind and efficient. Great communication with the team through WhatsApp to arrange pickups and drop offs. Nice touches in the car with phone holder, usb charger, and an umbrella. Thank you to all the team at Yesaway Chiang Mae, you were awesome.

I had a little tech hiccup with the platform that I couldn't see my booking in the app the night before pickup. I had email confirmations but not the voucher. Luckily the customer support staff I contacted on the app were great and resolved this very quickly. Thank you
Everything was great ! The car were in good condition 8/10 just some minor scratches and dent, staff were very helpful, they even offer to carry my luggage

Should check car condition before handover to customer, I find out that the car I rent it from your is very low air tire pressure. It shouldn't happen.

The car was had many scratches and damages to the car body when we picked it up. The main head light on the right hand side was not throwing light in the correct direction.

The car provided to us was damaged but still we accepted it since we were in hurry, and I even made video of it, later on while returning they charged me for the damages which I didn't do and deducted from the deposit.
Staff was terrible and she even lied to their supervisor right in front of us that I damaged the car. They charged extra as a service charge as well which was nowhere mentioned.
