the car was old. no bluetooth, who drives these days without bluetooth? so we drove without music which was not fun, it was an automatic car, skoda citigo, ir was very difficult for it to go up hills, it choked all the time. not good experience with the car.

They need to have more clean and new vehicles to rent out to the customers. The engine has already done 90+K mileage. Not clean from inside. Making sure they arrive in time to pick-up the passengers from the airport.
Like: Very friendly people and easy to deal. Car was ready and clean. Dislike: Buying insurance from a third party makes your life much more complicate when you go pick the car up. I bought insurance from easy rent cars and when I went to get the car they said, if anything happen to the the car you will have to deal with your insurance and they would hold $1,000 Euros on my Credit Card.
To avoid this situation I decided to buy the insurance from them and be free of any problem if something had happened.
I paid two insurances, they charged me $125 Euros for the insurance.
I didn't see any value for the third party insurance.
I have rent 2 car with small type, and the staff is advise us to upgrade to the medium size due to exceed of the luggage storage issue, is reasonable and acceptable. But 1 of our car aircon is not cold and when returning of vehicle we have topping up the gas to the level we collecting our vehicle but when the staff come to our hotel for collection they has request us to pay them 5 euro per car for the gas top up. Is ok for me to give them 5 euro car but we has purposely drive the car very far away only to top up the gas in order to get penalty.. but in the end we still get penalty 5 euro per car..
Overall experience is great just have to clarify with the staff before collecting the car.
The car was not the VW Polo that we booked but apparently in the same class (Hyundi i20). The rental office was easy to find and the staff very helpful and courteous. Car was in good condition.
Like: Good quality of car, short time on picking up and dropping off. Dislike: Very high cost of insurance, 98eur just for few days!! Insurance for one year for this cost is 7.300eur, that is the most expensive insurance that I ever heared!!

Terrible experience at picking up the car here. Just because I didn’t want to purchase their own insurance (because I had an insurance with a third company), they treated me in very rude manner. The guy seemed offended and started telling me that I was the only one doing such a thing and when I ask you to give me a piece of paper where he wrote all the conditions of the deposit I was paying he throw it to the bin in such a theatrical way saying that that paper was his (he should have studied drama instead of being a mediocre rental car assistance). Then he made me sign the contract when it said that the card did not have any scratches when I have not had seen the car and I politely asked to see the car first. He shouted at me saying that that was normal procedure. When I arrive to the car there were scratches so I had to make them come to the car and amend the contract by hand.
Worst rental car company ever! They try to screw every customer in the line including myself. They added extra fees that were not part of the agreement with Easyrentcars.com You should not so business with them!
1. They don't have our Nissan Pulsar car ready when we reach there
2. They offer a smaller Nissan Micra and asked us to return the next day to exchange
3. And they offer an no need to fill petrol offer to us, so we returned the car without fill any petrol
4. They do not open until 8am, so they asked as to return the car at 730am without lock the door and leave the key inside the car
Pas de bureau dans le terminal comme indiqué sur le bon de location. Notre avion a atterri à 8h mais il a fallut attendre 9h car location prévue que pour 9h sauf que personnel De l’agence était en retard ou a oublié alors au bout de 20 min avons dû téléphoner et 10 min après un Mr est arrivé pour nous emmener jusqu’à L’agence à 10min. Ensuite cela c’est bien passé : personnel gentil et papier fait rapidement, véhicule impeccable.
Lors du départ restitution du véhicule dans un autre endroit soit au port mais le ferry partant à 4h on m’a demandé 26€ En liquide car l’agence était fermée à cette heure la. 26€ non précisé sur le bon de location!!
Nous avons dû rentrer dans le ferry et laisser les 26€ ainsi que les clés dans la boîte à gants car personnel non présent sur le quai à notre arrivée comme convenu lors du coup de téléphone de la veille.
Au final il nous a téléphoné vers 4h15 nous disant qu’il était sur le quai et qu’il avait trouvé l’argent et les clés sans problème! MOYEN! MOYEN!

The service of the Auto union was pathetic. First we were given a lower category car. We booked a Nisan Note and were given a VW Polo. Even in the chart that was displayed in the pickup point showed VW POLO AUTOMATIC in a lower class then the Nissan Note. We dnt want to argue so we just accepted the car put our 2 bags on the rear seat and moved on.
The drop was the worst experience. we dropped the car and the person who collected the car said all Ok and took the car. We stayed back asking for a ALL OK receipt and the person on the counter said we will have to wait for the yellow slip which the person has taken to the parking lot. We waited for 15 to 20 mins and then he says the car is returned in a dirty state and showed us a photograph. I accepted that and told him to give me the car back as i yet have time for my rental and that i could get it cleant and returned. My younger child sits on a booster seat so his legs had dirtied the rear part of the front seat. and there were food crumbs which we could not see with 2 bags on the seat at the back. i told him that i would get it cleaned and give it to you. but he insisted i PAY 20 EURO and he would clean it ONLY. We had an argument on this, I WAS UPSET BUT DECIDED IT DNT MAKE SENSE TO GO ON SO I PAID THE 20 EURO IN CASH. AFTER THAT the person named PANOS had the guts to threaten us shouting" YOU ARE IN MY COUNTRY AND WATCH WHAT WE CAN DO" WHEN WE TRIED TO CLICK THE PHOTOGRAPH OF THE CARS CATEGORY IN HIS OUTLET THEY ALL STARTED SHOUTING WE CANNOT TAKE ANY PICS AND TO GET OUT OF THEIR SHOP. PANOS ALSO PUT HIS HAND ON MY BACK AND GAVE ME A PUSH. I SHOUTED BACK, HE DARE NOT TOUCH ME AGAIN. THEY KEPT TELLING US TO LEAVE THEIR SHOP. WE LEFT REALLY DISSAPOINTED FIRST BY GETTING A LOWER CATEGORY CAR AND THEN BEING CHEATED FOR A PETTY AMOUNT. ON YOUR WEBSITE THE POLO WAS AVAILABLE FOR A CHEAPER COST BUT ICHOSE THE HIGHER CATEGORY FOR MY LUGGAGE.
