Like: new vehicle
Dislike: needed to pay for whole day for just a few extra hours

Like: Great price.
Dislike: Not enough options with low prices.

Like: Everything about picking up the car except the fact there was only one rep (the other left) even though there was a line.
Dislike: One guy in front of us was having problems and the only rep should haave moved him to the side because there was a line of other customers with reservations.

Dislike: At the beginning they told me that I have to pay another 200$for insurance liability. I was very upset since you told that I am not going to pay anything at the counter. Then they told me that I don't need to pay that. That was a relief.The other point is that they asked me if I like to pay 10$/day for tolls so I payed for 8 days and I used it twice. It would be better if they explained how much does it cost each time because I saw on the highway that I was able to pay it on line

Like: Thank you for a pleasant and quick rental process. The San Diego green motion staff was very helpful and friendly. I will be returning to the green motion facility soon and in the meantime, I will pass on my positive experience to those I know who will be renting in San Diego. Thanks again! Like: The car was suitable for our need.

Like: Had the choice of Toyota Corolla, Hyundai Elantra, and Kia Soul. After sitting in all, I selected the Kia Soul because of the excellent visibility, easy to get in and out and great driver seating position. I am 6ft tall and I was not cramped. Everything is easily accessible from the driving position. Driving is easy with a responsive motor and transmission. 3 driving modes for all conditions. We drove in town, Interstate and Highway and covered 400miles in 3days. I was very impressed with the performance and economy.

Like: I had booked a mid size but they were out of stock when we arrived. So we were upgraded to a full size and we chose a Hybrid with a sun roof. After 3 days it only took $8 worth of gas. :)

Like: The guy at pick up was friendly, even though he tried to sell me extra stuff. The car was a brand new Camry, great car in fantastic condition.
Dislike: The drop-off people (LAX) were very unfriendly, almost to the point of being rude.

Like: Close to airport.

Like: the support of the customer service agent (via email) and the desk representatives (despite arriving at 11:30 pm)

Dislike: I had to go back to hotel to catch my passport!
