I will NEVER recommend this location!

It was confusing that my reservation said the address but not that it was through Budget. I was super nervous that it wouldn't work.

the car was not up to expectations. i feel i deserve a discount for having to wait for a bad car to show up. i left for my trip late and in a car too small to take my packed luggage.
They need to better educate renters on the likelihood of hitting toll roads & bridges so that the renter can make a better informed decision on whether or not to get the toll pass. As it stands, I felt as though they intentionally didn't well inform me so that they could charge higher rates for the tolls.

The advertising rate $32 is what I saw. After tax it was $110. I thought I did something wrong, cancelled and rebooked.

The Dollar phone representatives were extremely unhelpful. They told me that I could return the car early and receive a pro-rated rate and when I arrived at the counter, I was told otherwise. I ended up returning the car early and paying the full amount. When at that point, I attempted to keep the car, per the original agreement, the counter representative become hostile and verbally abusive.
