The staff at the counter tried to give me another smaller car initially stating that it was more fuel/cost efficient. It was only when I refused it that I was offered another car of similar size as the one I had booked but had to wait for 45 minutes for that car to be delivered.

Booking was straightforward although it would be useful to understand what are the alternative cars that could be offered in each category.

The gasoline tank was empty!!! We spend 1u30 to get the car!!!

I clearly got a smaller car than the one I had reserved. after many phone calls and whatsapps I only got a car after 4 days while they had promised to replace it after one day. I will never rent a car from them again.

I reserved Hyundai i20 or similar, automatic transmission, got Nissan Micra with automatic transmission. Nissan Micra was superb. A little, lively car that had no problem fighting the crazy steep highway hills in southwest Turkey. The car was in a good condition and the person who handed it over to me checked with me on all scratches beforehand and reported them in a protocol. The drop-off was smooth and fast.

Easyrentcars coworks with different car companies that other agents. By the time all cars were booked elsewher, there were still available cars on easyrent. The booking process is very easy and simple.

AVIS Turkey did not live up to my expectations!

Все было быстро и качественно. Но, стоит в информации четко указать, что офис находится в domestic terminal. Больше всего времени ушло на поиск офиса. Но процесс получения и возврата действительно быстрый.

I was offered extra insurance when I have already paid for the full coverage with Easy Rentals. Apparently, to get my full insurance, I would have to call the police in Turkey, which might refuse to report the minor accident. Extra full insurance for 13euro a day, would save me this trouble. This is what I've heard from Avis Staff. Honestly, it sounds like trying to squeeze money out of me for things that I'm not sure even make any sense. Staff isn't great. Few things are explained to you. I received my contract and walked for 15 minutes in 40C to get my car. There was a mistake, and I had to go back to get my contract remained. Nobody even said sorry or made any effort to apologise. The car was new but greatly scratched on the bumper and front. Cleanliness inside wasn't perfect- pieces of carton inside the car etc...

Deberían tener personal que hable inglés, sólo habla turco y fue muy difícil la comunicación

Commandé un véhicule SUV et nous avons reçu une audi A3. nos baggages ne sont pas tous renter dans le coffre donc voyager avec deux bagages entre les deux sièges de dernière pas très confortable pour 5 jours de location avec 4 adultes.

Dreadful. There was no desk, we had to search the airport to find anyone who knew who Circular are. Anyone with average initiative would not find the car.
