Slightly coerced into paying the additional insurance - nearly the same as the hire price !! We were told we could lose 700 EUR for a scratch without it

If you met a hard sell, please contact us at the counter immediately. After checking your booking's excess amount due to it is the basic protection, we find the excess is EUR 1,600(USD 1,798). “noleggiare is a dishonest car rental company, QEEQ was great.”

we reached early to pick up the car at 17:36. My booking was made to be picked up at 18:30. The customer service officer did not inform us that we would have to wait till 18:30, he gave us the car early, and only after the trip, I am billed an extra day of rental of 100 euros, when my per day of rental was 57 euros approximately.

Worse experience renting a car. The staff at the Rome location were very unfriendly and rude. More interested in smoking cigarettes than anything else. Also try to sell additional insurances when I am fully covered. Joke
