Very quick and painless

I was given amazing upgrade to Pick up truck, the staff member made our day.

Great product and service, however had small annoyance with booking the car.

The original car had an issue with its number plate. I was immediately given another car when the staff member had a look at the faulty plate

Pleasantly surprised with the set up. Value for money too.

It was a little tricky to find the pick up point as there were no signs in the airport however this wasn’t thrifty’s fault

It is such an easy platform to use

The car was almost brand new and a good size. The counter staff were friendly. However, when we got the car the petrol tank was not full, it went down a notch before we had even left the car park. We emailed customer service immediately just to find out 2 weeks later when we returned that they don't monitor the customer service email address... The company policy is fuel full to full, but we received our car very short of full fuel.

Very easy to use and got a fantastic price.

It was a terrible experience for our pick up at Perth. Despite that we provided our flight details and the fact that we would pick up the car past 1am, the Thrifty counter was closed and nobody was on duty in our terminal. We ended up spending over an hour trying to locate the last person on duty in a different terminal when a number of young kids in our group had to wait around in the cold. When we finally got the car, they were not able to provide the 3 car seats we requested, so we had to return to the pick up point the next morning to get the car seats
